Pricing and plans

How much does Quove cost?

One flat plan at fifty dollars a month. Every module and every service type is included, with no charge per user and no contract.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New accounts start with a free trial so you can run real quotes before you pay. You only enter a card when you decide to keep using Quove.

Do you charge per user?

No. The flat plan covers your whole team. Add as many crew leads and office staff as you need without changing your bill.

How do I cancel?

Open Billing and cancel in a click. There is no contract, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Features

What is Quove?

Quove is a CRM built for field service businesses. You measure a property on a satellite map, price the work from your own rates, send the quote, and track it through scheduling and invoicing, all in one place.

Which trades is Quove for?

Quove supports solar, lawn care, pressure washing, roofing, concrete, snow removal, sod and turf, and fencing. If your work is priced by area or by edge length, it fits.

How accurate is the satellite measurement?

Quove measures the polygon you trace using the same geometry the map uses for distance and area. Accuracy depends on how closely you trace the real edges, and it removes the guesswork of a tape measure or a wheel.

Can customers request a quote themselves?

Yes. Each account gets a public intake form at its own address. Customers fill it in without signing in, and the request lands in your pipeline.

How do customers accept or decline a quote?

You send a private link. The customer opens it, sees the price and the measured area, and chooses accept or decline. The status updates in your pipeline the moment they respond.

Can I brand the quotes I send?

Yes. Your company name, logo, and color appear on the public quote page and on the PDF, so every estimate looks like it came from you.

Can I download a quote as a PDF?

Yes. Both you and your customer can download a branded PDF of any quote, ready to print or email.

Does Quove work on a phone?

Yes. The quote wizard runs in a mobile browser, so you can measure and send an estimate from the driveway while the customer is still in front of you.

Account and data

Can I change my prices later?

Anytime. A rate change applies to new quotes only, so estimates you already sent keep the price the customer saw.

Is my data separated from other businesses?

Yes. Every account is its own tenant with its own subdomain, and all data is scoped to your account so one business can never see another's quotes or customers.

What do I need to get started?

An email address and the rates you charge. Sign up, pick a subdomain, set your pricing, and you can send a quote the same day.
