Terms of service

By creating an account on Quove, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms govern your use of Quove as a subscriber. Your customers' use of your public quote and invoice pages is governed by the End user agreement.

Quove is a subscription service billed at $50 per month per tenant. You can start with a 7-day free trial; we do not charge your card until day 8. After the trial, billing continues monthly until you cancel.

Payment for your subscription is processed through our billing provider. You authorize us to charge the card on file each billing cycle.

All payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused time on a subscription. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the end of the paid period and are not charged again. We do not pro-rate.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges. Your data remains accessible through the end of the paid period and for 30 days after, then is deleted.

Quove lets you collect invoice payments from your own customers through Stripe. To use this, you connect or create a Stripe account and agree to Stripe's terms. Funds from your customers are paid to your Stripe account, not to Quove.

You are the merchant of record for those transactions. You are responsible for the goods and services you invoice, for any taxes, and for handling your customers' refund and dispute requests. Quove may charge a platform fee on payments you collect, disclosed before you enable payments. We are not a party to the contract between you and your customer.

When your customer signs an invoice in Quove, we record the signature and a timestamped record of the signing. You are responsible for ensuring that electronic signatures are appropriate for your use and for presenting accurate invoice terms to your customers. You agree not to alter a signed record after the fact.

You may connect third-party accounts such as Google Calendar and QuickBooks Online. By connecting an account, you authorize Quove to read and write the data needed to perform the syncs you enable. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and you can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

You agree not to:

• Use Quove to send unsolicited marketing or harass anyone.
• Attempt to access another tenant's data, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its operation.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, or violates anyone's privacy.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

You own the quotes, polygons, customer information, invoices, and brand assets you put into Quove. We process them on your behalf to operate the service. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use any customer information you enter, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party outages, or unforeseen issues may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability.

Quove is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for payments you collect from your customers, for disputes between you and your customers, or for the acts of third-party services you connect.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email the address on your account before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Quove is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
