Draw and measure a service area
How the satellite map turns a traced polygon into exact square footage and perimeter.
Measuring is the heart of a Quove quote. Instead of a tape measure or a wheel, you trace the work area on a satellite image and let the map do the math.
Place your points
Click each corner of the area you plan to service. Quove draws a polygon between your points and shades the enclosed space. Keep clicking to follow the real shape of a roof, a lawn, or a driveway.
Edit until it fits
- Drag any corner to fine tune the shape.
- Add a point along an edge to capture a curve or a jog.
- Clear the polygon and start over if the shape changes a lot.
Read the numbers
As you edit, two numbers update in real time. Area is reported in square feet for services that price by surface, such as lawn care or roofing. Perimeter is reported in linear feet for services that price by edge length, such as fencing.
From measurement to price
Quove multiplies your measured area or perimeter by the rate you set for that service. Change a corner and the price moves with it, so the customer sees a number that matches the work.
