Walk through the quote wizard step by step, from service selection to a sent estimate.

The quote wizard takes you from a blank screen to a sent estimate in a few minutes. Here is what each step does.

Step 1: choose a service

Pick one of the eight service types. Your choice controls which rate Quove uses and whether the price is based on area in square feet or on perimeter in linear feet.

Step 2: add the customer

Enter the customer name, phone, and email. If this person already exists in your customer list, the quote attaches to their record so their history stays in one place.

Step 3: measure on the map

Search the property address, switch to satellite view, and trace the area you will work on. Square footage and perimeter update live as you adjust the corners, and the price estimate moves with them.

Step 4: answer service details

Depending on the service and any custom fields your admin has added, you may answer a few extra questions here. These details carry through to the quote and the customer record.

Step 5: review and send

Check the final price, then save. Quove gives you a private link to share. The customer opens it, sees the price and the measured area, and accepts or declines.
