The pipeline is where every quote lives after you send it. Each quote has a status, and the board shows you exactly where your work stands.
The three statuses
- New: the quote has been sent and the customer has not responded yet.
- Won: the customer accepted. Time to schedule the job.
- Lost: the customer declined or the quote went cold.
Filter to find work
Filter the board by service type, by status, or by both at once. Want to see every open roofing quote? Combine the roofing filter with the new status and the rest falls away.
Read your close rate
Because every quote is tagged won or lost, your close rate is always visible. You stop guessing how the month is going and start seeing it.
