Getting started with Quove

Set up your account, pick your subdomain, and send your first quote in one sitting.

Quove is the CRM for field service businesses. You measure a property on a satellite map, price the work from your own rates, send the quote, and track it through to a paid invoice. This guide walks you from a brand new account to your first quote.

Create your account

Sign up with your email, then choose a subdomain for your company. Your subdomain becomes the home for your team and the public address customers use to request a quote. If you run Bright Path Exteriors, you might pick brightpath, which gives you brightpath.getquove.com.

Subdomains are first come, first served. Pick something short that matches your brand, because it appears on every quote link you send.

Seed your pricing

Quove starts you with default rates for solar, lawn care, and pressure washing so you can try a quote right away. Before you send anything to a real customer, open Pricing and set the rate for each service you actually offer.

Send your first quote

  1. 01Open the quote wizard and pick a service.
  2. 02Enter the customer name, phone, and email.
  3. 03Search an address and draw the service area on the map.
  4. 04Review the price, then send the link to your customer.

That link lets the customer view the quote and accept or decline. The moment they respond, the status updates in your pipeline.
