Book the job
Once a quote is won, add it to your schedule and assign it to a crew. The job keeps the address, the measured area, and the price, so whoever runs the work has the full picture.
Invoice on completion
When the work is done, send the invoice straight from the quote record. The amount carries over from the accepted price, which means no double entry and no math errors between the estimate and the bill.
